The fruit for our skin contact Riesling comes from Justin & Pip Jarretts’ organically farmed property on the western slopes of Orange’s Mt Canobolas.
In the winery, It was our usual less is more approach. We’re never ones to tell a fellow human what they taste, but this is what we get. On the nose: mandarin zest, green apple, and lime. In the mouth: upfront bitterness is rounded out by delicate tannins and a creamy finish that lingers on the back of the pallet.
The label for this natural wine was designed by artist Simon Le Wilts aka ‘Dragon’. The wine was bottled without fining or filtration and minimal sulphites were added.
