We believe in making wines using minimal intervention - and that starts in the vineyard - where, to be fair, the hard work is done. We source our grapes from the N.S.W. region Orange, the traditional lands of the Wiradjuri people.

In the winery we're all about zero-adds, which means more work, none of it glamorous. Everyday we clean: tanks, hoses, fittings, pumps, lids, floors - in the end we're just glorified janitors (and we're cool with that).
