
Our carbonic macerated shiraz/syrah is made from fruit sourced from Justin & Pip Jarrett.
On the nose: Fresh picked raspberries and strawberries(not the shit supermarket kind), with a hint of bubble gum.
In the mouth: Medium-light body with a delicate tannin structure. Fruits include cherry, raspberry, and strawberry with a hint of salty umami.
The wine was bottled without fining or filtration and minimal sulphides were added. We recommend serving it slightly chilled.
